Take if you do not consume many carotenoid containing foods. I eat a lot of sweet potato, bell pepper, leafy greens for my beta carotene. I would take this one every other day. You don’t want too much beta-carotene or it may turn you an unnatural color and it will take weeks to months to reverse. I recommend 10mg or less per day, start low and titrate.

Vasodialators

I take 2.5mg of tadalafil but this is a prescription and inaccessible for many. L-citrulline and icariin may also act as vasodilators with a similar mechanism of action as tadalafil. I do not take these and evidence is limited, but they could hypothetically give a similar effect without a prescription. However you should talk to your doctor before starting these.
